Welcome to Fitness Inspired Training & Nutrition, owned by Amy, a certified personal trainer, nutritionist, and health and wellness coach. Amy began her health and fitness journey in 1998 and has always had a passion for the benefits of eating well and exercising. She completed Cert III & IV in fitness in 2022 and Cert IV in nutrition in 2023. Amy's research interests focus on the effects of physical activity and healthy eating on mental health.
At Fitness Inspired Training & Nutrition, Amy offers in-person and online coaching support services for training, nutrition, and lifestyle. She understands that making changes to physical activity and nutrition habits can be challenging, so she aims to help clients make sustainable lifestyle choices and eliminate restrictive and “all or nothing” mindsets. Amy believes that a healthy lifestyle is achievable for everyone, and she is eager to help clients create healthy relationships with food and exercise.
Amy's ultimate goal is to see her clients succeed. She wants them to feel confident, strong, empowered, and healthy, and she believes that the only person they are destined to become is the person they decide to be. She is dedicated to helping clients reach their health and fitness goals and become the best versions of themselves.
In addition to her coaching services, Amy also offers personal training packages. These include a new client PT pack with three 45-minute sessions, as well as casual and 2-on-1 sessions. She also provides 12-week memberships for 1-on-1 PT sessions, with options for one, two, or three sessions per week.
For clients looking for comprehensive support, Amy offers PT and nutrition support memberships. These include two or three PT sessions per week, as well as nutrition and lifestyle coaching. These memberships also provide access to weekly check-ins, personalised macronutrient targets, support, and accountability via WhatsApp, and an app for progress tracking. Clients also receive free access to coaching introduction guides, example meal plans, recipes, a flexible eating guide, meal planning support sheets, and a MyFitnessPal guide.
Whether clients choose in-person or online coaching, or opt for personal training sessions or PT and nutrition support memberships, Amy is committed to helping them achieve their health and fitness goals.
