Growing up playing various sports, I quickly realised the importance of having a strong and conditioned body to excel in any activity.
After completing my certifications, I began working with athletes of all levels, from beginners to professionals, helping them improve their performance through tailored training programmes. I believe that functional training plays a vital role in enhancing sports performance as it focuses on exercises that mimic the movements required in specific sports. This enables athletes to improve their strength, endurance, agility, and flexibility, ultimately helping them reach their full potential on the field. I also specialise in golf conditioning, as I understand the unique physical demands of the sport.
Through specific exercises and training techniques, I can assist golfers in developing strength and stability, improving their swing, and preventing injuries.
