Established in 1995, Fit 4 Life has been making significant contributions to the fitness industry ever since. In fact, Kerry Smith was featured in Womans Own magazine for successfully assisting a client in losing over 8 stone. Additionally, she has written various newspaper articles covering all aspects of fitness, health, and nutrition, and has appeared on “Say No to the Knife” on BBC 3 in 2007. With her experience and expertise, Kerry is a qualified fitness professional with a REPS certification at the highest level attainable, Level 4.
