Amy, with her 15 years of experience, offers a variety of Yoga classes, including Hatha, Children’s, Pregnancy, Yin, Yoga Nidra, Kundalini, and Gong Yoga. She’s taught at prestigious locations like Harley Street and for the NHS, and provides private and online sessions. Amy is deeply committed to sharing techniques for self-regulation and heightened consciousness.
Paolo complements Amy perfectly, bringing his expertise as an international stress management consultant and mindfulness meditation teacher. With a decade of teaching experience, Paolo works with corporate clients, offers wellness sessions at Rocco Forte Hotels, and provides one-on-one online sessions. He believes wholeheartedly in the transformative power of regular meditation.
