At Fighting Fit Krav Maga Harrow, we specialise in teaching Krav Maga, which means Contact Combat. Krav Maga is a self-defence and fighting system that incorporates techniques from various disciplines such as Boxing, Wrestling, Judo, and Aikido. Our instructors also teach techniques for defending against multiple and armed attackers, as well as using everyday objects such as rucksacks for self-defence.
Our teaching approach focuses on scenarios, providing real-life situations to enhance your self-defence skills. We teach you how to spot and avoid dangerous situations, de-escalate confrontations, and utilise early prevention techniques. Our techniques are based on your body's natural flinch response and target the attacker's most vulnerable parts to create maximum impact in the shortest amount of time possible.
By training Krav Maga with us, you will not only learn effective self-defence techniques but also build strength, improve fitness, and gain confidence. Our classes cover a wide range of topics, including striking with arms and legs, defending against common attacks, releasing common grabs and chokes, protecting loved ones or friends, and defending when on the ground. We also provide training on how to defend against armed attackers and multiple attackers.
