Welcome to Fields of YOGA, a tranquil and inviting yoga studio located in Mansfield, North East Victoria. Founded by Ella McRae, a passionate and experienced yoga teacher, our studio offers a range of yoga classes designed to promote physical and mental wellbeing.
At Fields of YOGA, we believe in the power of yoga to transform lives. Our classes are suitable for practitioners of all levels, from beginners to more advanced yogis. We offer a variety of styles, including Vinyasa Flow and Slow Flow, which focus on strength, stability, and improving spinal health, circulation, and joint mobilisation. Whether you're looking to lengthen and strengthen your muscles or dive deep into meditation, our classes cater to your individual needs.
In addition to our regular classes, we also offer Restorative Yoga and Workshops. Restorative Yoga is a systematic method that induces deep relaxation in the subconscious mind, releasing tension on physical, emotional, and mental levels. Under the guidance of our experienced teachers, students can learn to induce their own state of relaxation, cultivating inner knowing and experiencing a renewed sense of harmony and wellness. This practise is suitable for all students, regardless of previous yoga experience.
Our class prices are as follows: $30. 00 for a Vinyasa Flow class (with a 4-class pass available for $98. 00), $38. 00 for a Restorative Yoga class (with a 4-class pass available for $115.
00), and $60. 00 for a Restorative Yoga, Massage, and Sacred Sound/Circle of Intention session. We accept cash and EFT payments, and we kindly request that payment is made 24 hours prior to the class start time to secure your booking.
At Fields of YOGA, we value the health and safety of our students. For this reason, we require all new students to complete a confidential form, which can be downloaded from our website. We also offer concession rates for seniors and students, so please feel free to discuss these options with Ella directly.
