Ferrari Creative Breathwork & Yoga

Components in this workshop. Participants are guided to tap into the power of their breath to release fears, limitations, and old patterns that no longer serve them. The workshop is a two-hour session that can be done both individually or in a group setting.

The Heart Opening Workshop with Cacao Medicine, Movement, and Yoga is designed to reestablish a connexion with one's heart and true self. This workshop utilises the medicinal properties of Cacao to facilitate the release of heavy energies, old emotions, and tension. Participants engage in meditation, breathwork, movement, and restorative yoga poses to activate their body's energy centres and allow for the emergence of light, love, and healing frequencies. This workshop provides a nourishing and restorative experience, allowing individuals to give themselves the gift of self-care and rejuvenation.

The Tetra Breathwork Journey is a therapeutic experience focused on healing, liberation, and awakening of the heart. Participants engage in a specific breathing pattern accompanied by music and sound to access an altered state of consciousness. This state activates the body's natural healing system, promoting spiritual awakening and self-healing through heightened awareness of bodily sensations and the release of energetic blockages. This technique aims to facilitate healing on both physical and energetic levels.

As part of the Ferrari Creative Breathwork & Yoga programme, Kristy offers 1:1 sessions tailored to individual needs. These sessions may include breathwork, meditation, yin and yang yoga, and various healing modalities such as sound, energy, or shamanic healing. Private group sessions are also available, providing a supportive and transformative environment for participants to explore and deepen their wellness practises.

In addition to one-on-one sessions, Kristy hosts workshops, events, and retreats that focus on breathwork, cacao ceremonies, and yoga.
