Welcome to Ferndown Fitness, the club with a difference! Located in Ferndown, our gym is specifically designed for normal, everyday people who want to make positive changes in their lives. We offer a welcoming and inclusive space where you can lose weight, improve fitness, tone up, and increase your energy levels.
Unlike traditional gyms, Ferndown Fitness prioritises a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We understand that the gym can be intimidating for some, which is why we have created a space without mirrors, bodybuilders, or posers. Our aim is to provide a comfortable environment where you can focus on achieving your goals without any external pressure.

One of our highlights is our All-over Toning System (ATS). This system has been carefully designed over many years to ensure that our members achieve the best results, regardless of their goals. Our team of instructors is dedicated to providing exceptional service. Owner Catherine Frost, a long-term member turned owner, has firsthand experience of the positive impact Ferndown Fitness can have on an individual's life. Fitness instructors Kelly Perks and Steve Legg bring their passion for health and fitness to inspire and encourage others on their fitness journey.

To visit Ferndown Fitness, we are conveniently located at 3-5 Pennys Walk, Ferndown, with free parking available in the multi-story car park next to Tesco. Our opening hours are Monday to Thursday from 08:00-20:00.
