Just a quick note from Kelly, the organiser of Fenix Yoga Studio in Wilmslow. Kelly wanted to give you a heads-up about this calming spot dedicated to promoting wellness through yoga. If you’re anywhere near Wilmslow, it's definitely worth checking out.

As soon as you step into Fenix Yoga Studio, you'll feel the warm vibe. The space is set up to make your yoga practise as relaxing as possible, with lots of room to move around without any distractions.

One of the best things about Fenix Yoga Studio is the instructors. Kelly has put together a fantastic team, each with their own special way of teaching. So, whether you're up for an energetic Vinyasa flow or a chill Yin class, they've got you covered.

There’s a wide variety of classes on offer, from traditional Hatha and Ashtanga to special sessions like prenatal yoga and candlelight meditation. There are also workshops and events to help you dive deeper into yoga and mindfulness.

Fenix Yoga Studio is more than just a place to get some exercise. The focus is on the whole mind-body-spirit connection, so you’ll often find elements of mindfulness and meditation mixed in with the physical practise.
