Join Blithe Yoga's February Friday Sound Sessions at their studio. On the 2nd of February, Lexi will be leading a session with gongs, while on the 16th of February, Mayra will be using bowls for the session. These meditative journeys are therapeutic sound baths, offering deep relaxation and stress-relieving effects. You'll be surrounded by the soothing sounds of instruments like Gongs, Crystal Singing Bowls, and Tibetan Singing Bowls, creating peace and harmony.
Each session lasts for 90 minutes and takes place twice a month on Friday evenings. The price per session is £24. So, make sure you mark your calendars and secure your spot for a truly rejuvenating experience. Comfort is key, so don't forget to wear your most comfortable clothes, and bring a jumper, scarf, blanket, and cosy socks to keep warm and snug.
Please be aware that these sessions are not suitable for individuals with pacemakers or those in their first trimester of pregnancy. Safety first, after all. If you have purchased a hybrid class pass, you can use your credits as a form of payment for the sessions. However, please note that the sound sessions are not included in the intro deal.
To make things easier, please remember that each person must purchase their own ticket individually. However, if you'd like to bring a guest along, extra tickets can be manually allocated upon request. Just let us know, and we'll sort it out for you.
