Squad sessions are held at convenient locations in Central Adelaide and Southern Adelaide. In Southern Adelaide, swim squad sessions are held on Monday mornings in Seaford, run squad sessions on Wednesday afternoons, and group rides on Saturdays. In Adelaide, swim squad sessions take place on Tuesday mornings in Unley, run squad sessions on Thursday mornings at Uni Loop, and group rides are also available on Saturdays.
Coaches. Fast Lane Coaching is led by Head Coach Chloe Lane, who is a Triathlon Australia Accredited Performance Coach. Chloe is passionate about triathlon and takes pride in coaching her athletes and mentoring Fast Lane's assistant coaches. She has expertise in coaching athletes participating in a variety of triathlon distances, ranging from draught-legal triathlons to long course triathlons, century rides, marathons, ultra-distance running, and ultra-endurance triathlons, including Ultraman.
Chloe challenges her athletes and helps them grow into the best athletes they can be. Her coaching qualifications, awards, and achievements include being a Triathlon Australia Accredited Performance Coach, winning the South Australian Coach of the Year 2018 award, being a certified swim coach, having Training Peaks University qualifications, and being a qualified Age Group Ironman and 70. 3 winner. Chloe has also achieved impressive racing results, such as winning the Ironman Champion title in Wisconsin 2022 and qualifying for the Ironman World Championships in 2023.
Julie Stevens is another key coach at Fast Lane Coaching. She has been competing in triathlons for the past 10 years, ranging from sprint to Ironman distance. Julie has represented Australia as an age-grouper and is also a qualified teacher, fitness instructor, and small business owner. Her coaching qualifications, awards, and achievements include being a Triathlon Australia Accredited Foundation Coach and certified swim coach.
Julie has achieved impressive racing results, including being a 70. 3 Age Group Champion and finishing the World Championships twice.
