Our goal is to help you achieve your fitness goals while equipping you with the skills to defend yourself in any situation. Our group classes are open to individuals aged 15 and up, with prices starting at $15 per class or $150 for unlimited classes for 4 weeks. In our group classes, you will receive personalized instruction while working with your training partners. We focus on practical street-style self-defence, incorporating a mix of martial arts techniques. Classes include conditioning workouts, mobility training, strikes, grappling, self-defence escapes, holds, and takedowns.

We use bags and pads for precise striking, drills, and light sparring to build skills and confidence.

If you prefer one-on-one instruction, we offer personal training sessions for $40 per 45 minutes. These sessions are tailored to your specific needs and schedule, with the option to add a friend or family member for just $10 each. Our instructor, Rob Landry, has over three decades of experience in martial arts and is dedicated to helping his students reach their full potential.
