Our group classes are open to individuals aged 15 and up, with prices starting at $15 per class or $150 for unlimited classes for 4 weeks. In our group classes, you will receive personalized instruction while working with your training partners. We focus on practical street-style self-defence, incorporating a mix of martial arts techniques. Classes include conditioning workouts, mobility training, strikes, grappling, self-defence escapes, holds, and takedowns.
We use bags and pads for precise striking, drills, and light sparring to build skills and confidence.
If you prefer one-on-one instruction, we offer personal training sessions for $40 per 45 minutes. These sessions are tailored to your specific needs and schedule, with the option to add a friend or family member for just $10 each. Our instructor, Rob Landry, has over three decades of experience in martial arts and is dedicated to helping his students reach their full potential.
