Sarah Vipond, the driving force behind Everybody Yoga, shares her personal journey with yoga. Over 15 years ago, she discovered yoga and found it to be a transformative practise that not only improved her physical health but also allowed her to cultivate mindfulness and a deeper sense of connexion. Prior to starting Everybody Yoga, Sarah worked as a Facilities Manager specialising in Health & Safety in the Financial Services sector. Through this role, she often advised clients to take up yoga to counter the effects of sedentary work life.
Inspired by her son's birth in 2015, Sarah decided to share the principles of yoga with him. In 2017, she took the leap and embarked on her journey to become a certified Adult and Children's Yoga Teacher. Sarah's training includes completing her 200-hour Power Vinyasa teacher training with the Dylan Ayaloo Training Academy, accredited by Yoga Alliance USA. She also received training in Yoga for Kids and Families from Rainbow Kids Yoga and Kidding Around Yoga.
She is qualified to teach Parent and Baby Yoga and completed her Pregnancy Yoga training with Yoga Campus under the guidance of Uma Dinsmore-Tuli. Sarah holds a fully enhanced DBS certificate and is qualified in Paediatric First Aid with St John Ambulance.
Sarah's classes provide a holistic body workout, improving strength and flexibility while creating space in the joints. Each student is encouraged to embrace their uniqueness, and poses are adapted to suit individual needs.
