Welcome to Everybody Pilates - Southsea! We are a classical Pilates studio located in Southsea, offering a range of Pilates sessions including Matwork, Reformer, Tower Barrel, Chair, and Cadillac. Our studio is run by Kerry and her team, who are dedicated to providing a fun, challenging, and supportive environment for your Pilates practise.
At Everybody Pilates, our instructors are the best in the industry. Amy, one of our instructors, is a 2nd Generation Master Trainer who was taught by esteemed Pilates elder, Jay Grimes. This ensures that you receive the highest quality instruction and guidance during your workouts. Our instructors will welcome you into our studio and work with you to achieve your fitness goals, while ensuring that you have fun along the way.
We believe that Pilates is for everyone, regardless of age, fitness level, or ability. Whether you are a beginner or have been doing Pilates for years, we have a class that will suit your needs. Our classes utilise a variety of equipment, including Mat, Reformers, Towers, Chairs, and Barrels, to provide you with the best possible results.
In addition to our studio classes, we also offer Everybody Pilates TV, an exclusive streaming service that allows you to access expert-led Pilates tutorials by Amy from the comfort of your own home.
