She offers personal sessions catered just for you, whether you're a solo participant or part of a duo/trio.

At Emma Martin Pilates, sessions are tailored to individual needs, spanning from total beginners to those more experienced. You can book a 50-minute or a 30-minute session, with prices starting from £50 for a one-on-one. For those opting for duet/trio sessions, there's an extra £15 per additional person.

Emma also offers specialised Pilates for various conditions like Scoliosis, spinal asymmetry, osteoporosis, hyper-mobility, and post-operative rehabilitation. She's accredited by the Pink Ribbon Programme as a Post Rehabilitative Breast Cancer Exercise Specialist, highlighting her expertise in this area.

The studio is designed to offer a uniquely personalised Pilates experience. Emma, with over 25 years in education, health and fitness, established her private studio at home in 2005. Since then, she's expanded to include small group mat classes along with private sessions.

Her main aim is to support clients in achieving their health and fitness goals, be it for sports performance, everyday quality of life, or rehabilitation. Personalised coaching is something she holds in high regard, as it allows her to work closely with clients at their own level and pace, pushing them to see real improvements and enjoy their journey in Pilates.
