Elevatemartialarts, located above Richmond Station on Kew Rd., is all about helping players improve through martial arts and strength training. They’ve got classes for all ages and fitness levels, led by some of London’s top coaches.

One of the main draws is Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ). Here, you’ll sharpen your technique and self-defence skills with expert coaches. Each session kicks off with strength, conditioning, and flexibility exercises, followed by new techniques and sparring sessions.

Elevatemartialarts doesn’t stop at BJJ. They also run Strength and Fitness classes like HIIT & Burn and Fight Fit, designed to boost core strength and overall fitness, guided by skilled instructors.

Kids and teenagers aren’t left out either. Their classes are great for building discipline and self-confidence, offering a fun alternative to screen time. Plus, with gradings every three months, there’s a clear path for progress.

The coaching team brings a wealth of experience. Head BJJ coach Tommy, a 2nd-degree black belt, has a background in competitive swimming, judo, and diving. Trent, who used to play rugby league, specialises in BJJ and HIIT, focusing on mental resilience. Nathan, a pro MMA fighter and BJJ brown belt, adds a lot of energy to his sessions.

For convenience, Elevatemartialarts has a mobile app for booking classes. They’re open weekdays from 07:00 to 21:00 and weekends from 09:00 to 16:00, fitting around busy schedules.
