Elevate is a lively and inclusive yoga studio in the heart of Bristol's Harbourside at Wapping Wharf. Simone, the organiser, is dedicated to making yoga, pilates, barre, and dance accessible to everyone. Alongside regular classes, Elevate hosts yoga workshops, monthly LGBTQIA+ yoga meet-ups, 1:1 private sessions, and offers Ayurvedic Yoga Massage and Thai Massage.

Simone's mission is all about creating a safe and welcoming space where individuals can feel free in their movement and self-expression. The motto at Elevate, “Come as you are, everyone is welcome,” highlights this commitment to inclusivity and acceptance.

Classes at Elevate cater to varied preferences and fitness levels. You'll find Vinyasa Flow, which blends movement and breath in a dynamic way; Hatha Yoga, perfect for beginners with its slower pace; the structured and challenging Ashtanga; Rocket Yoga, a playful and dynamic take on Ashtanga; Pilates, focusing on posture, strength, balance, and flexibility; Strong + Fluid, a vinyasa-based class encouraging mindful movement; and Yin Yoga, a restorative practice involving long-held, passive poses for deep relaxation.

Elevate also offers unique monthly sessions like Naked Yoga, which provides a body-positive space for those who identify as women; Monthly LGBTQIA+ Yoga, a class for the LGBTQIA+ community with optional social time afterwards; and Restorative Yoga, designed to promote relaxation and calm the nervous system.

Simone has gathered a team of highly knowledgeable, creative, and welcoming yoga teachers. With their passion and expertise, they guide students through their practice, ensuring a positive and transformative experience.
