Joining Master Amit is Nam, an experienced yoga instructor who obtained her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Rishikesh Yogpeeth, India. Nam has a strong background in Yin Yoga, TCM, and Anatomy, and has represented Singapore in various international yoga competitions. Her expertise and dedication to the practise of yoga make her a valuable addition to the Elemit Yoga team.
