ChiRunning, which Eric describes as yoga-like and the “thinking mans running”, has helped him overcome a serious back injury and bring joy back to running. Eric is a Titleist Performance Institute Certified Fitness Professional, allowing him to address physical limitations and improve fitness levels to enhance golf swings.
