At Hawkesbury Valley Physie, we believe in fostering personal growth and nurturing lasting relationships. Participants learn new and age-appropriate routines each year, which encompass various dance styles, floor exercises, and standing exercises. These routines are then performed in front of an audience, allowing participants to enhance their self-confidence while forming new friendships along the way.
We welcome girls as young as 3 years old to join our club, where they can progress through different age groups until they reach 17 years old. Once they become members of our Senior Girls section, they can continue their Physie journey until they are ready to join the Ladies classes. We embrace inclusivity, and girls and ladies of all ages and fitness levels are encouraged to join a suitable class.
Our club offers a wide range of age groups and categories, from the Juniors (3-4 Years) to the Open Seniors (21 years and above). After competing as an Open Senior, members can progress to the Extended Ladies or Advanced Ladies classes. We also provide options for new members, including the Elementary Ladies and 1st Year Ladies categories. No matter your experience level, whether you're a beginner or have previous training, Hawkesbury Valley Physie is the perfect place to enjoy this exciting and challenging sport.
