Edinbrugh Zumba Boys

Welcome to Edinburgh Zumba Boys! Founded by local brothers David and Tom Lowe, this energetic and fun dance fitness programme in Edinburgh is here to keep you moving and grooving.

Edinburgh Zumba Boys offer a variety of classes, with a main focus on Zumba - a lively, Latin-inspired dance workout. Each session feels like a party, led by David and Tom, who are both certified Zumba instructors.

A typical class includes a warm-up, a high-energy main routine, and a cool down, all packed into 60 minutes. You'll be moving to international dance styles like flamenco and salsa. Expect to pump your legs, windmill your arms, move those hips and clap your hands!

Just bring comfy workout clothes, fitness/dance shoes, a towel, and water. Most importantly, bring your “party” attitude! These classes are all about having a good time and leaving with a smile.

David and Tom are dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals in a positive and inclusive environment. Classes run at different locations and times throughout the week:

- Tuesday: Carrickvale Community Centre, 2 Saughton Mains Street, EH11 3HH, 10.00am-11.00am
- Tuesday: Valley Park Community Centre, 37 Southhouse Road, EH17 8EU, 6.30pm-7.30pm
- Wednesday: St Kentigern Church Hall, 26 Parkgrove Avenue, EH4 7QR, 12.00pm-1.00pm
- Thursday: The Gibson Craig Hall, 156-158 Lanark Road West, Currie, EH14 5NY, 10.15am-11.15am
- Friday: Carrick Knowe Church Hall, 118-132 Saughton Road North, EH12 7DR, 9.30am-10.30am

Classes are just £6 per session, payable by cash or card.
