My own personal journey has shaped my approach to coaching. I understand the struggles of being underweight and not taking care of oneself, as well as the negative impact it can have on various aspects of life. I made the decision to change my lifestyle, and through research, training, and self-learning, I have transformed my body and mindset. This personal experience informs my coaching methods and allows me to provide a unique perspective to my clients.
Certified as a Fitness Coach and Personal Trainer, as well as a Level 1 Strength & Conditioning Coach, I have also extensively studied nutrition through the Institute of Nutrition. However, my qualifications are not just limited to formal education. I have dedicated countless hours to self-learning, trial and error, and continuous development to refine my methods and stay up to date with the latest research and practises.
