HARA is a fully equipped Pilates studio. Director Suzanne McCarty is a Principal level Pilates trainer member of The Pilates Alliance Australasia a GYROTONIC® Method trainer and GYROKINESIS® Method trainer & Pre Trainer and YOGA teacher member of Yoga Australia. All of our Pilates Instructors hold a Diploma of Pilates. The studio offers Private and Duo instruction on Pilates and GYROTONIC Equipment, GYROKINESIS® exercise classes, Hatha YOGA, Restorative YOGA and Pilates MAT classes.
The yoga room features a sprung dance standard floor and infrared heating only used in cooler weather. The studio is fully air-conditioned.
Our studio shop offers Pilates, yoga and lifesyle accessories.
