East London School of Tae Kwon-Do, led by passionate instructors, is the top ITF Tae Kwon-Do club in the South East UK. Known for their success, including multiple Best Club titles at the LTSI English Open and South East Championships, they offer first-rate training in the ITF style developed by General Choi Hong Hi.

Open to all levels, they welcome everyone from beginners looking to get fit and learn basics, to serious competitors aiming for national and international success. Families are encouraged to train together, with classes organised by age group. Wolf Cubs classes are for 4 to 7-year-olds, Juniors for 8 to 12-year-olds, and adults for 13 and above.

Based in East Ham and Tottenham, the school has a strong track record of producing high-quality Black Belts and champions, with many titles in national, international, and World Championships. All instructors are certified Black Belts with enhanced DBS checks and are also qualified first-aiders.

Character development is key here, with a focus on values like courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control, and indomitable spirit. Take Megi for example, who began training at 7. Despite early setbacks, she became the Black Belt South East Regional Champion in sparring and a silver medallist in patterns—showing determination pays off.

For younger children, the Wolf Cubs programme promotes confidence, discipline, motor skills, teamwork, and fitness through fun activities incorporating Tae Kwon-Do techniques, delivered by experienced Early Years Specialists.
