East Barnet Karate Club offers classes on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays to accommodate a variety of schedules. On Mondays and Wednesdays, beginners and students of all skill levels are welcome from 6:30pm to 7:30pm. For more advanced students (3rd kyu and above), there is an additional class from 7:30pm to 8:30pm. Saturdays offer a similar schedule, with a class for 3rd kyu and above from 9:00am to 10:00am, followed by a beginners and all grades class from 10:00am to 11:00am.

In addition to the East Barnet location, the club also operates the Copthall Karate Club at the Barnet Copthall Leisure Centre on Champions Way in Hendon. This location offers classes on Tuesdays and Saturdays. On Tuesdays, beginners, and students of all grades are welcome from 6:30pm to 7:30pm, followed by a class for 4th kyu and above from 7:30pm to 8:30pm. Saturdays offer a 3rd kyu and above class from 12:15pm to 1:00pm, followed by a beginners and all grades class from 1:00pm to 2:00pm.
