Claire provides Yoga for Women's Health classes, which are focused on holistic mind-body practises that reduce stress and promote overall wellbeing. In addition to Yoga classes, Earthlight Wellbeing also offers the Women's Path to Health programme. This 12-week programme is designed to transform hormonal imbalances and improve overall health on all levels – mind, body, and spirit.
