Led by Chantal Mitchell, a highly experienced and fully accredited Master of Pilates with 19 years of classical Pilates instruction experience, our teacher training programme is recognised globally for its high standards and comprehensive curriculum.
During the training, you will learn the fundamental principles of Pilates, including proper alignment, core engagement, breathing techniques, and the importance of precision and control in movement. You will also gain a thorough understanding of the classical Pilates repertoire, including both mat and equipment exercises.

We offer a range of memberships to suit your requirements, with a minimum term of three months and the option to cancel anytime thereafter. We also have concession cards available for purchase in the studio or through direct credit.
