About
Ten Health & Fitness Chiswick is excited to present the Dynamic Reformer Pilates Pilates Circuit class! Whether you're a Pilates newbie or a seasoned pro, this class is perfect for you.
Our Pilates Circuit class takes place at our Little Venice & Notting Hill Studio. With a maximum of 6 participants per class, you can be sure to receive the individual attention you need. Our experienced instructors will guide you through a variety of Pilates exercises using different equipment, all in a circuit format.
This class is all about whole-body conditioning. We want to help you improve your strength, stamina, flexibility, and posture. Expect a challenging and inspiring workout that will leave you feeling great.
Before joining the class, we do require all participants to undergo an introductory assessment. This way, our instructors can tailor the exercises specifically to your needs and goals. We believe in individualised programs that will help you achieve your fitness targets.
Our main focus in the Pilates Circuit class is to create long, lean shapes, tone muscles, and enhance balance, flexibility, and overall physical fitness. We want you to feel and look amazing!
