Are you ready to give it a go? The class is held daily at various Pilates studios around London, including Fitzrovia, Nine Elms, St James's, Notting Hill, Notting Hill Gate, Hatton Garden, Chiswick, and City. So, no excuses – there's a class time and location to suit everyone's schedule!
Just remember to arrive at least 10 minutes early to complete registration. We want to make sure you have everything you need to get started. Comfortable and breathable clothes are the way to go, allowing for easy movement and helping you stay cool throughout the class. While shoes aren't necessary, we do require Pilates socks, which are available for purchase at reception.
And to keep you hydrated and fresh, we provide water and towels. We've got you covered, literally!
