Welcome to Dublin Yoga for All, located in the heart of Greenhills. Founded by Ann Dempsey, this studio offers a unique and inclusive approach to yoga practise. Ann believes in the importance of having a sense of humour while practising yoga and encourages each student to embrace their individual journey on the mat.
At Dublin Yoga for All, the emphasis is on making yoga accessible to everyone. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner, there is a class for you. The studio offers classes for able-bodied individuals, as well as special seated yoga classes for those with limited mobility. There are also classes specifically designed for pregnant women, ensuring that everyone can benefit from the practise of yoga.
In addition to traditional yoga classes, Ann also teaches Pilates and somatic movement, all with the same inclusive and compassionate ethos. The studio's philosophy is rooted in the concept of ahimsa, or non-violence, creating a safe and supportive environment for all students to explore their practise.
