Join the Harris Community for a refreshing and invigorating Hatha yoga class every Thursday from 7.30-9pm. Whether you're a yoga newbie or a seasoned practitioner, Yoga with Tiffy welcomes all levels to this drop-in class.
At Yoga with Tiffy, the class starts off with gentle, breath-led movements that allow you to connect with your body and find your flow. As the class progresses, you'll move into more dynamic postures, both in stillness and in flow, to challenge and strengthen your body. Finally, you'll wind down with restful and restorative yoga, aiming to soothe your nervous system and bring balance and ease to your body and mind.
The class takes place at the Dance Studio, located at Harris Girls Academy East Dulwich, Homestall Road, London SE22 0NR. The drop-in fee for this amazing experience is only £12 (£8 for concessions), and guess what? Your first class is absolutely free! Talk about a great deal.
