Dragon Freestyle Kickboxing, led by Chief Instructor Ian Harrison, a 5th Dan black belt, has been a staple in Nottingham and Mansfield since 1998. Catering to both newcomers and seasoned fighters, Ian has built a club that delivers exceptional training in a fun and supportive atmosphere.

Ian’s club is known for its dynamic approach, offering classes that enhance fitness, flexibility, and strength. Whether you're looking to elevate your skills or start a new hobby, Ian’s team ensures you progress at your own pace with personalised guidance from qualified instructors.

The sessions combine padwork, fitness drills, and sparring, helping athletes tone up, lose weight, and sharpen skills like speed, timing, and accuracy. There are dedicated classes for kids (6-13), teens and adults (13+), as well as Pad-Fit sessions for ages 15 and up, focusing on fitness kickboxing.

Dragon Freestyle Kickboxing operates in two locations: Hartley Business Centre in Nottingham and Oak Tree Leisure Centre in Mansfield.
