DPI Performance Collective offers a 12-week hybrid performance and longevity training program for driven men and women aged 25 to 50 in Cannington. The program uses a four-phase protocol covering foundation and baseline, capacity and hypertrophy, strength and performance peaks, then consolidation and longevity. It includes movement screening and baseline testing, technique refinement, progressive volume, recovery strategies, and ongoing check-ins with optional coaching support.
