At Douvris Kanata, we offer a variety of karate programs to suit every age and fitness level. Our Karate Tykes program is designed for children aged 4-6, focusing on basic karate techniques and important life skills. The Karate Kids program caters to children aged 7-12, helping improve balance, coordination, concentration, and self-discipline. For teens aged 13-18, we have our Karate Youth program, providing a complete approach to martial arts training.
Adults can also join our Adult program to improve fitness levels, learn self-defence techniques, increase confidence, and feel empowered.
In addition to our karate programs, we also offer a focused Fitness Kickboxing Program known for delivering serious results. Our Power Classes are a total-body training program that provides the most kickboxing in one workout. All of our locations are equipped with clean facilities, air conditioning, and ample free parking. We even offer free Wi-Fi in our waiting area for your convenience.
Established by karate champions, Master Sensei John Douvris and Master Sensei Peter Douvris, Douvris Martial Arts has been setting standards and designing programs for over 35 years. Our Character Development Program, Striving 4 Excellence, focuses on teaching respect, confidence, and self-discipline to our students. With the use of workbooks and monthly discussions on character traits, our members are able to apply these lessons in their daily lives.
