Additionally, our members have 24/7 access to our private Facebook group, where they can revisit workouts, provide feedback, and request specific content.

In addition to group fitness, we also offer private training sessions for individuals or pairs. We can accommodate different ability levels and tailor the workouts to suit specific conditions or requirements. Our personal trainers specialise in boxing, coordination, and balance training, with a particular focus on fitness and training for individuals living with Parkinson's disease.
