Divya Yoga Monteregie, located in Saint-Lambert, is dedicated to making yoga practice easily accessible to all individuals. The founder, Swami Ram Dev, believes that good health is the birthright of mankind and aims to assist in the development of a stress-free mind and disease-free body through yoga postures, exercises, mudras, pranayams, meditation, and motivational discourse.

The classes at Divya Yoga Monteregie cater to people of all ages and fitness levels, starting with warm-up exercises, sun salutations, and motivational talks. Participants then engage in a series of 90-100 yoga postures, asanas, exercises, as well as acupressure, mudras, pranayams, and micro-exercises for various body parts. Laughter yoga and super brain yoga are also included in the sessions, which conclude with Shavasana, a motivational poem, mantra, and prayer followed by the distribution of superfoods like grapes and bananas.

Classes take place every Saturday morning from 9:00 am to 11:00 am at Chambly Academy. In addition to regular sessions, the studio hosts guest speakers on the last Saturday of every month, followed by a communal meal provided by the Vinesh Saxena Family Foundation. New participants are encouraged to arrive early to complete an information sheet and familiarize themselves with the studio, ensuring a seamless start to the practice at 9:00 am. Mihaela, the instructor, is welcoming and eager to meet each individual on their yoga journey.
