At Delta Sports Therapy, we believe in a holistic approach to health and fitness. Our head osteopath, Dr Kim Nguyen, has a wealth of experience in both the fitness and healthcare industries. With a Bachelor of Applied Sciences in Human Movement, Bachelor of Health Science, and a Bachelor of Applied Sciences in Osteopathy, Dr Kim has helped hundreds of clients lose weight, improve athletic performance, and rehabilitate injuries. She integrates functional movement, exercise prescription, and osteopathic treatment to treat patients from all walks of life.
Dr Kim is passionate about restoring you to optimal health and ensuring you can return to the activities you love.
In addition to osteopathy, we have Lee Q, a certified Authentic Pilates Methods instructor and stretch therapist with over 11 years of experience in the Circus Arts. Lee's extensive knowledge of body movement, mobility, and strength training allows her to administer unique programmes aimed at helping clients reach their mobility and sports performance goals. She also specialises in injury rehabilitation through mobility and stretch training. With a background in psychology and criminology, Lee brings a unique perspective to her sessions, ensuring they are tailored to each client's body and goals.
