At DelaYoga in Oberammergau, we believe in giving yourself the time to grow through the practice of yoga. As Sri K. Patthabi Jois said, "Do your practice and all is coming out." Join us for a trial session and experience the supportive community at DelaYoga. Our instructors are here to guide you on your journey, offering modifications and adjustments to suit your needs. You can bring your own mat and props or use ours in the studio. We also provide changing facilities for your convenience.
