We offer Pilates classes, equipment classes, springboards, other classes, and private sessions, plus Back4Good Healthy Back classes and women’s health options like pelvic floor and postnatal Pilates.

New classes run on Tuesdays at 11am and 7:20pm and on Thursdays at 5:30pm.
