Debbie holds the British Wheel of Yoga teachers diploma and is also qualified in yin, yin/yang, vinysa core flow, and pregnancy yoga. She has a strong interest and enthusiastic passion for anatomy, precision, and alignment, but takes an emotional and feeling-based approach to her teaching. Debbie believes that yoga is not just a physical practise but also a transformative journey towards inner peace, harmony, and a deeper connexion with oneself and God.
