Find me every Monday evening at 6:15pm in the Plant Room at Saltdean Lido. It's a safe environment, perfect for beginners and pregnant women. Don't worry if you've never done yoga before, I will guide you through the poses and help you find your balance.
The class focuses on helping you reduce stress and anxiety. As soon as you step onto the mat, you'll feel your heart rate slow down and your breathing deepen. The class will help you find that sense of calm and peace that we all need in our busy lives.
During the class, we will work on improving your posture and flexibility. We'll do a variety of poses and movements to strengthen your body and improve your overall fitness. Each week, I'll introduce new exercises, so you'll never get bored or feel stagnant in your practise.
My goal is to create a welcoming and supportive yoga community. I believe that yoga is not just a physical practise, but also a way to connect with others and find a sense of belonging. I strive to foster a positive and inclusive environment where everyone feels comfortable and accepted.
