Dave Richards Fitness is a highly experienced and dedicated personal trainer based in London, with a speciality in sports and fitness. With a background of 15 years as a professional/semi-professional footballer, Dave has a deep understanding of the discipline and commitment required to achieve fitness goals. He made the transition into personal training 20 years ago and has been helping clients reach their full potential ever since.
Dave holds various qualifications including being a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and a sports therapy diploma. His expertise lies in strength and conditioning, which allows him to create personalised training programmes that cater to individual needs and goals.

Dave primarily trains clients at a private training facility on Great Titchfield Street, W1W, conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from Oxford Circus Underground Station. However, he also offers training sessions at client residential gyms or online for added convenience and flexibility.
In addition to one-to-one personal training, Dave provides a range of services including free consultations, 1-hour training sessions, online/virtual training sessions via FaceTime or Zoom, and bespoke monthly gym programme development with regular check-ins.
