Dave Richards Fitness is a highly experienced and dedicated personal trainer based in London, with a speciality in sports and fitness. With a background of 15 years as a professional/semi-professional footballer, Dave has a deep understanding of the discipline and commitment required to achieve fitness goals. He made the transition into personal training 20 years ago and has been helping clients reach their full potential ever since.
Dave holds various qualifications including being a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and a sports therapy diploma.
