The Dartmoor Discovery, or DD as it's affectionately known, is the UK's longest single lap road ultra marathon. It is a highly regarded race in the running circuit and a must-have for runners' CV. The race will take place on Saturday, 8th June 2024 in Princetown, Devon. The 32-mile 899 yard course is notorious for its challenging hills, showcasing the rugged beauty of Dartmoor. Runners will have the opportunity to fuel up at 10 feeding stations, with the option to leave their own personal drinks at nine of them. Participants who cross the finish line in under the 6 3/4 hour cut off time will receive a bespoke quality DD medal and technical t-shirt. Please note that the use of headphones during the race is strictly prohibited and offenders will be disqualified.
