The retreat will offer daily sessions of meditation, qigong, and somatic yoga in the mornings and afternoons. Accommodation for the retreat will be in comfortable shared twin or triple rooms, with a limited number of single rooms available. Meals provided at Florence House are vegetarian, using organic ingredients and even produce from their own garden. Any dietary requirements can be catered for by the chefs.
The price of the retreat includes four nights of accommodation and meals, but transportation to and from Florence House is not covered. Prices range from £835 per person for a triple shared room to £1135 per person for a single room. A £300 deposit is required to secure your spot, with the remaining balance due two months before the retreat.
For those travelling by train, there are regular services from Victoria station to Lewes, with a change at Lewes for Seaford. Taxis are available at the station to take you to Florence House near Seaford Head golf course. If coming by car, two routes are recommended, either via A27 from Worthing/Brighton or A259 from Brighton to Newhaven. Look out for Southdown Road in Seaford, where Florence House is located.
