Dance Therapy - Dance Move Be Well

Dance Move Be Well provides Dance Movement Therapy (DMT) in Henderson, West Auckland. It is delivered by Christina Houghton, a qualified Dance Movement Therapist, through individual and small group sessions focused on body awareness, self expression, and emotional release. DMT supports people navigating mental wellbeing needs such as anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma related symptoms. Sessions are available in person at Waitakere Health Hub and online, and can be suited to children, adults, elders, and communities including neurodivergent and LGBTQI people.
