With over 20 years in the industry, Damo built his reputation managing gyms before launching his own high-end studios in South London. In 2019, he opened his prime studio in Oval, setting a new bar in personal training.

Damo, a level 4 Elite Trainer, has worked with celebrity clients from musicians to TV stars. He's also the Gym Fitness Teacher at Westminster School, solidifying his expertise.

Damo's Personal Training offers more than just sessions – from the 10 Week Body Transformation Package, to nutritional advice and home workout videos, they provide the tools needed to succeed.
