We are excited to announce our new postpartum class, specifically designed for new mothers. This small group setting allows you to bring your baby along, making it easier to fit exercise into your busy schedule. With the support of our experienced coaches and other new mothers, you can regain your strength and fitness in a safe and welcoming environment.
Located at Unit 6, Moor Park Industrial Centre, Tolpits Lane, Watford WD18 9SP, our gym is easily accessible and provides a welcoming and motivating space for your fitness journey. We offer various membership options to suit your needs, with no contracts and only monthly rollover. You can choose between different packages based on the number of weekly classes you prefer, including options for competitors and beginners.
To ensure you secure your spot in your desired class, we recommend booking in advance through the Wodboard app. If you are unable to attend a booked class, please cancel at least 6 hours in advance to avoid being debited and losing your session.
Should you decide to cancel or pause your membership, we require 10 days notice before the end of the month. Pausing membership is allowed for up to three weeks, with a specified end date. Our flexible membership terms and cancellation/pausing options make it convenient for you to manage your fitness journey.
