Rusty's own journey to fitness serves as an inspiration to members of Crossfit Prolific. After a career as a Chef left him overweight and out of shape, Rusty discovered CrossFit in 2012. Initially nervous and needing to scale exercises, he was drawn to the community atmosphere and exceptional coaching he found at his gym. Motivated by his own transformation, Rusty opened Crossfit Prolific in 2017, with the goal of creating a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone, regardless of their fitness level.
When it comes to coaching, Rusty strives to keep sessions fun and light-hearted while ensuring that each member is moving correctly and progressing towards their individual fitness goals. He describes himself as a regular person who loves coaching and helping people exceed their expectations. This genuine care and dedication to his members shines through in the gym's atmosphere, community, and the high-quality classes offered.
